Remember what matters.
From everyday tasks and important dates to commitments that arrive in your inbox, our goal is to help you keep the important things in view.
Life comes with appointments to remember, responsibilities to juggle, decisions to make, and goals worth pursuing. We're building Waydence to help you keep track of what matters, prepare for what's coming, and take the next step—without making organization another job.

The parts of life you want to look after.
Most of us don't have someone quietly keeping track of the details. And you shouldn't need to hire a personal assistant to get a little help with everyday life.
That's the idea behind Waydence: a more approachable way to remember, plan, prepare, and make progress, even when life gets busy.
Our vision for a personal assistant. These are planned capabilities, still in development.
From everyday tasks and important dates to commitments that arrive in your inbox, our goal is to help you keep the important things in view.
Planned calendar support would bring events, preparation reminders, and scheduling conflicts together, so you can respond before they become stressful.
When a goal feels too big, we're designing Waydence to offer a clear, manageable first action—not another overwhelming checklist.
From fitness and habits to family, friendships, and personal projects, we want to help you turn good intentions into realistic plans.
Our goal is for you to choose what to connect, how much help to get, when to be reminded, and what routine planning Waydence may handle.
Live email connections, calendar automation, and phone notifications are not available yet. See our current progress
A to-do list can remember a task. But remembering is only the beginning. You also need to know when something matters, find time to handle it, get started when it's hard, and pick up again when life interrupts.
Waydence is being designed around that entire journey—from the first reminder to meaningful follow-through.
Small steps. Meaningful progress.
Our approach is shaped by challenges familiar to many people with ADHD and other executive-function differences: losing track of time, forgetting commitments, and finding it hard to begin.
But no two people organize their lives the same way. Waydence is being designed for neurodivergent and neurotypical people alike—whether you're managing a packed schedule, building a new routine, or simply looking for a little extra support.
You shouldn't have to change how your mind works to get help managing everyday life.
Personal assistance shouldn't be a luxury reserved for a few. We believe thoughtful, practical support should be within reach of everyday people.
Our mission is to make the busy parts of life feel lighter, so there's more time and energy for the people, plans, and moments that matter.
Real assistance should earn trust. We're designing Waydence around understandable permissions, clear sources, editable plans, and a choice over reminders and celebrations.
It should never silently make consequential decisions on your behalf.
Read our website privacy noteWe're in the early stages. Here's what exists, what's underway, and where we want to go.
Organize tasks in My Lists and choose up to three to pin to Home. In + Task, date, time and reminder suggestions apply only when you choose “Use these.” Review Today and snooze or dismiss one-time reminders, with tasks saved on your PC.
Local app must stay open for alerts · mail is still sample dataAccount sign-in, task syncing and a phone-friendly web interface are implemented in development builds. We’re testing setup, account protection and recovery before a private pilot.
Development builds · not yet hosted for everyday useOur goal is one dependable experience across Windows PC, iPhone and Android, with opt-in inbox and calendar connections, recurring tasks and background reminders.
Public access, native apps and phone notifications are still plannedNot yet. We're developing and testing the experience. The local PC prototype supports My Lists, up to three Home tasks you choose, due dates and one-time reminders. In + Task, capture suggestions are optional and only applied when you accept them. Mail remains fictional sample data. It is not a publicly available connected product. This website is a preview of the direction we're taking.
That's part of the plan. Live Gmail, Outlook, and other supported account connections will require specific permissions, security controls, and testing before they're offered.
No. The design is informed by real challenges with organization, attention, time, and follow-through, but it's intended to be useful for anyone who wants a clearer way to manage life. Waydence is not a medical or mental-health treatment.
This website has no product accounts or public signup. Our optional visitor study collects website feedback with your consent; it does not ask for your name, email, passwords or account details. Our product goal is to make future integrations opt-in and understandable, with clear controls over sensitive information. Read our website privacy note.
Those are our planned platforms, alongside web access. A phone-friendly web interface and account sync are built in development, but they aren’t available for everyday use yet. The current usable prototype runs locally on a Windows PC; native Windows, iPhone and Android apps are still planned.
That’s the goal for the online service. Account and sync support is built in development, but we still need to verify the hosted experience on real phones with the PC off. The current local prototype depends on your PC staying on. Always-on reminders and phone notifications are separate work still ahead.
The local app supports one-time reminders, snooze, dismissal, and optional desktop alerts. Keep the app and its local server running. If you close them or your PC sleeps, missed reminders appear when you return. Always-on cloud reminders, recurring schedules, and phone push notifications are still planned.
After a private beta and testing across our supported devices. We haven't announced pricing or a launch date, and we're not taking payments or preorders. When Waydence is ready, this website will explain the plans, supported features, and how to get started.
We're building Waydence to help make the everyday feel a little easier—one reminder, one decision, and one meaningful step at a time.
